Review whether it's possible to strip more identifiable or project specific references from search #9

It's currently possible to strip (identifiable) paths from search but it might be useful to be able to also strip other parts of the description that are specific to the codebase too as they don't help with the search.

This is just an early idea. More specifics on what to try and remove need to be considered.

May also need to consider this in parallel with #8

Without specific examples of what to remove it's hard to know where/when/how to proceed with this.
