Hello,

I would like to apply to EpiEstim code to real covid data at a daily frequence. As i'm not strong in R, i got always error message.
My question please:
How to adapt a estimate_R(.) function on real typical daily covid data (date, cases)? If someone could provide a sample with basic code i would be grateful.
