Closing Notes doesn't open Bookmarks

[Description]:

This based on observing my father-in-law trying to use Notes. He loved the idea and installed it immediately when I showed him the Test pilot page.

He uses the Bookmarks sidebar. When he clicked the Notes icon (in the upper right-hand corner) that shows Notes instead of Bookmarks in the sidebar. Fine. But when he clicked to close the Notes that closes the whole sidebar. He expected that the Bookmarks would be displayed underneath when closing Notes.

This is a usability problem. I observed a non-tech-savy using the product.

Ah. You think it's "beyond" Notes?

I admit that I was kinda rushing through this. I observed pain and just wanted to write it down so we don't forget.
