In TYPO3 8.7.9, when trying to add a media element the following exception error is displayed:

#1438594406: No columns definition in TCA table tx_memedia_domain_model_media

This is most likely because dynamicConfigFile is deprecated is TYPO3 v8. See https://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3.CMS/Releases/7.6/Deprecation#Deprecation:_.2370514_-_dynamicConfigFile_is_deprecated
