Hello,

i just need config/locales/ja.yml😊
Because of

I want to fix Translation missing: ja.motor.reports.
I know that I can set it up in my rails project. However, I hope more Japanese will use Motor Admin in the future.
The contents of the yml file need not be written in Japanese.

I would be happy to submit a PR if you think this is good idea.

自分のrailsプロジェクトで設定できることは知っています。しかし、今後Motor Adminを使う日本人が増えることを期待しています。
ymlファイルの内容は日本語で書く必要はありません。
