Scotch tape to tape pictures into Book & Quills.

Yes, i know there is a photo album. I am suggesting this because i have always wanted to write some sort of book with some photos to reference to. (such as a storm report, showing the types of clouds with PMweather)

However, i would prefer to have the scotch tape to be more expensive, possibly requiring 2 phantom membranes, 1 slime ball and paper to make up for the fact a photo album would be easier to store photos in.

It can be implemented in any way, but it would possibly make the most sense to have it require 2 bits of tape to tape it into the book & quill. It would work similarly to inserting film into the camera- picking a photo then clicking on the book & quill, then picking a page to place it on. Text should be realigned to make way for the photo. Nothing fancy. Compatibility with Supplementary would be nice if this gets added.
