Automate a resettable macOS VM with versioned snapshots, isolated identities, and TCC/Keychain/quarantine reset.

Part of #69.

Acceptance:

  • Equivalent restores yield equivalent manifests.
  • No personal Apple ID, credentials, or host-home mounts are used.
