White Screen How do i fix

I have seen ways of fixing this but i have no config files, logs or any files mentioned i should have/change. i do not know what i should do to fix this. If someone could get me some guidance on how to fix this that would be great. Game version: 1.12.2 (Forge 14.23.5.2860)
