White Screen Issue

Hello, I've seen the other threads about this issue, and i cant figure out how to do the always allow.
here is what i've done:

1. 3x Reinstalled mcef, webdisplays, and forge
2. Reset my firewall to default
3. reset my firewall
4. reset my firewall and reinstalled everything

If there is a step missing help me please, also im running it on Win 11 if that has anything to do with that.
I'm also running everything on 1.12.12 Minecraft Java
