Possible to install without command line/shell access

Hello

I'm attempting to install Monica for a client with minimal system access. It is a basic hosting package that is focused on Wordpress but allows users to upload any files they want.

I was hoping I could upload the release version files and then execute the scripts to seed the DB, but all of the installation instructions are for users with command line access.

Is it possible to initiate the install from a web browser?
