Feature Description

I would like message-specific disappearing timers which allows users to set individual expiration times for each message (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days) without affecting a chat's global disappearing message settings. This would enable:

Granular control: Set different durations per message
Temporary communications: Send sensitive information with auto-delete assurance
Backward compatibility: Maintain existing chat-wide timer as default setting
