WinUI 3.0 Relevant

It is nice that Xamarin Forms having WPF backend.
But WinUI gonna bring WPF to WinUI.

It is possible best to take note every implementation class, so it can target subset of WPF that worked more naturally on WinUI on Windows 10 as Windows gonna deprecate Windows 8 in few year too.
