Add Selected Process Lifecycle Details

What to build

Populate the Process detail strip with selected-process lifecycle facts that are already available from Workspace process state: PID, uptime source, last exit, restart count, and retry countdown.

Acceptance criteria

• Selected Direct Managed Process strip shows Pid when an active process exists.\n- [ ] Off or unavailable processes show Pid —.\n- [ ] Ext and Rst are present in the stable strip grammar.\n- [ ] Retry countdown appears before other details when runtimeStatus is retrying.\n- [ ] Countdown formatting supports ms, s, and minute-scale display.\n- [ ] Uptime is based on the selected process start time when available.\n- [ ] Lifecycle details update when selected process state changes.\n- [ ] Tests cover unavailable values, retry countdown formatting, exit code, restart count, and uptime formatting.
