What to build

Add a compact Process detail strip above the Process Output panel. The strip should establish layout, title, canonical Process State display, stable fields, and the no-selected-process empty state without live metrics yet.

Acceptance criteria

• Workspace has a compact Process detail strip above Process Output.\n- [ ] Strip title includes selected Managed Process identity when selected.\n- [ ] Strip remains visible with a compact em dash empty state when no Managed Process is selected.\n- [ ] Strip renders canonical runtimeStatus code and matching state color.\n- [ ] Labels use Title-case compact labels: Pid, Cpu, Mem, Up, Ext, Rst.\n- [ ] Unavailable values render as —.\n- [ ] Strip stays one line and drops lower-priority fields from the end at narrow widths.\n- [ ] Existing Manifest and Process Output interactions remain intact.
