+Refresh two README surface-gallery examples so each shows off what its part is for: the `html` example is now a shadcn/ui-style ecommerce products data table (filters, status badges, row selection, pagination) instead of a node-flow diagram, and the `image` example is a designed SaaS billboard ad instead of a before/after bar chart. Updates `scripts/surface-examples/*` and regenerates `docs/surfaces/{01-html,06-image}.png`; no runtime or API changes.
