Editing a contract that has already been completed results in extreme save file inflation #13

This is a fairly niche scenario, but I decided to add a new connection to a contract, and then loaded a save in which I had already completed that contract.

Apparently, this upset the Skopos connection tracking, and results in the maintenance contract for whatever contract had the new connection added failing dozens of times a second.

These hundreds of failed contracts quickly lock up the game, and inflate the save file by megabytes if the game is not closed quickly.

I understand this is something that a normal player should never encounter, but I would appreciate it if Skopos failed in a friendlier matter in this scenario (even if it's the "friendly" of just refusing to load the save at all)
