It seems that was a problem from WiFi.h. It is resolve, now appears only some Warnings

The link to boards.txt is obsolete many years ago.
If you are the programmer to work with ESP32, you need to check the esp32 Arduino repository for the updates and bugs fixed and how to install the sdk correctly.

FYI, I test with core v1.0.5 and it works well.

The error is your ESP32 core sdk is not completed installation due to it's not work properly in the current Arduino IDE.
Some required header files for the C++ compiler are missing from esp32 core installation.
