Missing Licence

The default license for everything is "All Rights Reserved." Without a license, this research can't be used as part of anything larger, or technically downloaded at all.

The project is missing:

• A license file
• License at the top of the source code files.
• License in the (missing) pyproject.toml file.

Hi @mnh-jansson, do you have any plans for adding a license here, and if so, which license you are considering? Could it be MIT as in your other project open-battery-information?

The reason I’m asking is that I’d like to build upon the project, and having a license would clarify what is permitted.
