🔐 UUIDs are now used across Manifest

Hi folks,

We just merged #420 to switch from incremental IDs to UUIDs.

This change was requested by several users, including @jerryjappinen, for privacy and consistency reasons:

• No more predictable URLs like /users/1
• Safer error messages and logs

This is available starting from release 4.12.0

Everything should keep working as usual. Let us know if anything feels off.
