Load chunks from dat #213

I am trying out an idea to see how far I get.
It would be great to be able to share chunks with friends. I have started a branch that lets you add a chunk from a dat.
I have made some progress. I have it to the point where the chunk gets downloaded, and added as an external. But for some reason it dies when adding it to the grid. It seems to be something on how the 'originalDirectory' is being managed in nodes/setup/object.js
Anyway I will put it in a branch in my fork. Just looking for feedback to guide me if my general direction is ok.
I will add some comments here to point you how to try it out.
