This:

poetry run modelbench benchmark -s claude-3-5-haiku-20241022 -m 1 -l fr_fr --prompt-set official

should be rejected altogether. There are no fr_fr prompts in the "official" prompt set. The official French prompt set is called official_fr_fr (and likewise French practice is called practice_fr_fr).
