Problem
§2 of the radar precipitation spec excludes single-radar datasets, accepting only multi-radar composites. The stated rationale — a C-band radar at 1 km/px gives a ~240 px disk, too small for a 256×256 crop — is already captured directly by §3.2 ("valid sensing area MUST support at least one 256×256 pixel square crop"). So the blanket exclusion is redundant and turns away single-radar products that would otherwise satisfy §3.2 (e.g. higher-resolution or wider-range single radars).
Concrete case: AEMET's 3-year Zaragoza regional radar dataset, 1 km / 480×480, sensing area > 256×256.
Proposal
Remove the single-radar exclusion from §2 and let §3.2 be the sole gatekeeper.
