The release date cutoff for the PDB data in the training set.

Hi RhoFold team,

I was wondering what PDB entries have been used in your pre-trained model. I am going to use RhoFold for my RNA structure prediction tasks, and plan to do a quick evaluation on it with some new PDB entries before I apply RhoFold to my datasets. It would be great if you could let me know what PDB entries (or the release date cutoff from RCSB PDB database) were in your training set.

Thanks a lot for the question, and apologies for the delayed response.

We have released our training dataset on HuggingFace: https://huggingface.co/datasets/cuhkaih/rhofold. As mentioned in the paper, the cutoff date for the training data is 2022.04.13, based on the BGSU representative set.
