Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run 'echo -e "\x033\xbb"' on the console
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see greek letter lambda, I see 3▒ instead.
What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?
