"Backspace sends ^H" not applied at startup #442
Description
When the setting for "Backspace sends ^H" is on before starting mintty, the
backspace key is still set to ^?. To have the setting work as it should, the
setting needs to be off before mintty is started, then turned on afterwards.
When this is done, the setting applies correctly.
I am on windows 7 with cygwin 2.859 (64-bit).
