Convert latex to mediawiki format using plastex
2014-04-16: This is a functional implementation, but not how I would write it if I did this again today. It could be much cleaner and better structured, e.g. using python classes. The interface with plastex could also be improved; see latex2edx for a much better way to approach the conversion. But this does work.
