Add user options which data to get

Some ideas for user input.

1. Dropdown menu for the start/end date/time of data to be extracted.
2. Allow user specified repeating intervals to be entered. Example: User wants all data during business hours for all workdays.
3. Build ability for user to average all data sets or specific intervals. Example. Average data during business hours during all work days.
4. Build ability to specify the data they want during specified intervals. Example: They may only want the air temp, and solar radiation...
