Add a large, one-time-only penalty to score if captured by guard. This is because, when captured, the final score is very sensitive to the exact time termination condition (i.e. entering capture radius) is identified which can very by tenths of a second between runs of the scenario.

Instead, there should be a large penalty for any capture that drives the final score
