I'm honestly not sure this is strictly a bug or just a limitation, but in case it is a bug-
Actors can cast Spells they shouldn't have "slots" for if they have enough Spell Points.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Create an Actor with a Spellcasting Class
- Give them a spell of a higher level than they should have access to (for example, a 6th level Spell on a Paladin)
- Give them enough Spell Points to cast the given spell
- They can cast that Spell using Spell Points, even though they shouldn't be able to cast a spell of that level.
Expected behaviour
The actor would be prevented from casting the spell as they should not be able to cast spells of that level.
Screenshots: Show the successful cast of Power Word Heal (a 9th Level spell), by actor called "Test", a 17th Level Paladin.
No console errors.
