VFD AC SERVO PID CONTROL

Hi

There are 6 AC servos, these are the robot's motors and I need to drive these servos with a VFD or inverter and get a step plus output and drive them with a GRBL Mach3 (I have MS300, C2000 VFDs
Supports Open loop control of IM and PM motors)
crazy but I expect support from you please help me with my project
