Address sloppy PRs and review functional ones.

Unfortunately, the repo seems to be picking up certain AI-generated and low-quality PRs.

Specifically 678 to 682, 653, 685. A lot of things are unneeded and/or poorly done.

Meanwhile, there are useful PRs which simply have not had enough reviews to be merged to develop.

I think that going forward, we need to have a better system for PRs. Perhaps a template with a checklist, which immediately eliminates certain PRs that add no real value.

We also need more people to review changes.

I just reviewed quite a bit and even merged some. Hoping the rest of the team review as well to get through these PRs. And I'm not sure what to do with 682.
