Add ability to adjust for number of plays per game

Would want it to be a check box, similar to how the aggregation is done now. 

Needs someone to take the time to scrape down the number of charted plays in each game, including going back to years that are hard to effectively loop through due to less consistent UFR layouts. The code to actually do the adjustment is pretty trivial once that data is acquired
