下载源码包0.18， 如何在ubuntu24.04启动

感恩大佬，提供怎么好用的软件，

1. 我下载 https://github.com/midoks/mdserver-web.git ， 但不知如何启动， 有没有步骤，
   最好提供离线下载， 执行一下命令， 就能启动， 最方便了， 有一些外网软件安装很不方便。
   谢谢

2. 使用命令行也是无法安装， 可能兼容问题

3. 使用docker 也是无法拉镜像， 拉其它可以的 postgres:17-alpine

解决：研究半天， 只能通过 命令行安装， 不知下载源码， 如何安装， 希望大佬给出教程
