在配合gogs使用时
gogs 默认会发送post请求 但是不能自定义post参数
导致webhook接受的是post参数，但是参数中又不带access_key，导致验证失败
改进建议，建议url中加上 &method=get ， 如果有该参数则忽略post中的参数，从get中获取
