Resolve relative date references ("í dag", "í gær", "á þessu ári")

After parsing, go through the resulting tree and token list to resolve relative date references and convert them to absolute dates ("í dag" -> the article's publication date, etc.) Use the absolute dates in further processing of the parse trees.
