Issue with permission when other user will full access (members) trying to load app

Hello,

I am facing an issue with loading app for other users(who have not imported the app) but are members with full access and seeing below error messages....seems some issue with permission to 2 entity tables but not sure how to specify a user other than going to manage permissions and changing permission scope....for both tables below full access is configured to team members(screenshot below)

Please advise. Any help is appreciated on how to provide access to specific tables to specific users...
