Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Unknown
- VS Code Version: Unknown
- OS Version: Unknown
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a workspace with a Git remote.
- Open the Source Control view and select the "Files" tab (where modified files are listed).
- Observe modified files (they show the modified symbol) — previously there was a simple button in this view to pull down changes from the remote.
- The button to pull/fetch remote changes from the Files tab is no longer present.
Observed Behavior:
- Modified files show the modified symbol, but there is no simple button in the Files tab to pull or fetch remote changes as there used to be.
Expected Behavior:
- A clear "Pull"/"Fetch" action/button should be available in the Files tab (or next to modified files) to pull down changes from the remote repository, as previously provided.
Additional context:
- This appears to be a regression in the Files tab UI — the user previously had a single-button flow to pull changes directly from the Files tab and that control is missing now. No other details were provided in the original report.
