The Db2 SQL Service could not be started because the specified port or ports (3000) are already in use.

Are you sure it is VSCode using that port? I don't think so.
Maybe some extension you installed.

Depending on your operating system, you may check which ports are in use by which process.

Without any info, it is hard to help you.
