Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.97.2
OS Version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS

Steps to Reproduce:

Update VS Code. This error never appeared before and was caused by a recent VSCode update.
The error appears on every launch, immediately. Adjusting the timer doesn't affect anything, and Terminal works fine on its own as before. The only issue is the faulty error message on start.
