@sandy081 did this happen already in latest version of insiders? For now I've disabled extension signature verification.

@furai Yes this got enabled in Insiders already here - #239579. Lets continue the discussion there because your issue seems to be specific to this change. Original author of this issue might have different root cause. So lets not derail this issue.
