Selection from Notebook does go to chat

Type: Bug

when working in a Notebook and I highlight a section of code, I right click, select Copilot and select Send selection to chat. Then the file is added to the chat, but not the specific lines of the code I selected. Cody can do this well, but I can't get Copilot to add just the lines I selected in a Notebook to the chat.
