Type: Performance Issue

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using the the pytest extension, run the tests for all the files. There will be a test that will fail.
  2. Click the sparkle icon to fix with AI.
  3. The /fixTestFailure will be activated. Send a description of the error.

Actual result:
The extension loops forever without producing a response. I cannot close the textbox. I had to restart the Codespaces to end it.

Expected:
Some response after 5 minutes of waiting.

Extension version: 0.22.4
VS Code version: Code 1.95.3 (f1a4fb101478ce6ec82fe9627c43efbf9e98c813, 2024-11-13T14:50:04.152Z)
