Gif screen constantly reloading in preview recording for Share modal (beta) #6690

When trying to record a new preview gif, the screen keeps starting and stopping...even after the recording has stopped. This only allows about a second-and-a-half of preview time.

I haven't seen it again, so this might have just been a blip. Feel free to close if you can't repro.
