[Give feedback]: Fail to load the page

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2. Hover mouse to Settings and click it.
3.Select Give Feedback and observe it.

Actual behavior
The page can't load successfully.

Expect behavior
The page should be able to load successfully.
