Describe the bug
[iPad]: Cannot open VS Code in the new tab.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Move to JavaScript Games->Click Planet Putt Putt->Open Example
3.Click Open in VS Code under Simulator and observe it

Actual behavior
Cannot open VS Code in the new tab after clicking Open in VS Code.

Expect behavior
It should open VS Code in new tab
