phi3qa.py runs with errors

When I follow the steps to download the phi3 model from hugginface and configure the virtual environment to run onnxruntime-
genai/examples/python/phi3-qa.py（https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime-genai/blob/main/examples/python/phi3-qa.py） via conda, the following error is reported:

What are the reasons for the problem? How can I fix it?
