Clarity optimized for both brownfield and greenfield projects

Clarity is great at new projects but it should be able to seamlessly run on existing giant repositories that may have multiple goals and tasks within them

Just connected to an existing project with no clarity protocol and got a tool tip to start a clarity project which feels like a good enough starting experience.

That said it is a coding project and defaulted to embed clarity mcp via "clarity install --embedded /Users/scooley/code/PyRIT" but looks like the cli tools didn't install with the installer. That's probably not bad but means the flow should include installing cli tools.
