Describe the bug
iSCSI Kubernetes Driver does not work when AKS uses Azure Linux nodes.

This issue is directly related with Azure/AKS#4153

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Steps at Azure/AKS#4153

Expected behavior
iscsiadm command works in Azure Linux nodes
