Stunnel installation fails to load configuration #7629

Describe the bug
Stunnel installation currently throws error when a new configuration is loaded on to it. The error message is attached below:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. download stunnel from the extended mariner repo
  2. Add a configuration to /etc/stunnel/stunnel.config
  3. run stunnel /etc/stunnel/config
  4. See the above error
  5. Stunnel systemd script doesnt come up as well

Expected behavior
Once the command was run we would not see any error and tunnels work perfectly.
