[Feature Request] support of AKS running on Mariner

In the context of the new edge east-west device support strategy and AKS Edge Essentials (projecthaven) being in GA, native support of AKS running on top of Mariner will now make at lot of sense.

This is combined with Raspberry PI support, arm64+RISC-V cross compile and also later about Windows Container support

For Host node, I guess it has been implemented, but for Control node is it already supported ?

Hi @ohault, we are in the process of moving the control nodes to Azure Linux. This would get the full stack running on Azure Linux.
